Description
A refreshing mix of hibiscus tea, strawberries, and lemons, perfect for summer gatherings.
Ingredients
- 2 Hibiscus tea bags
- 1/2 cup Strawberries, hulled
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Maple syrup
- 2 cups Water
Instructions
- Start by boiling 2 cups of water in a saucepan.
- Once it’s at a rolling boil, steep the hibiscus tea bags in the hot water for about 5 minutes.
- Carefully remove the tea bags and allow the tea to cool to room temperature.
- While the tea is cooling, wash and hull the strawberries.
- Combine them with maple syrup in a blender, and blend until you have a smooth puree.
- In a large pitcher, mix the cooled hibiscus tea with the strawberry puree and freshly squeezed lemon juice.
- Stir until everything is well combined.
- Pour over ice and enjoy this refreshing drink!
Notes
Adjust sweetness to taste and use fresh ingredients for best flavor. Chill glasses for an extra refreshing experience.
