Hibiscus Tea Strawberry-Lemonade Refresher

Description

A refreshing mix of hibiscus tea, strawberries, and lemons, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 Hibiscus tea bags
  • 1/2 cup Strawberries, hulled
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 2 cups Water


Instructions

  1. Start by boiling 2 cups of water in a saucepan.
  2. Once it’s at a rolling boil, steep the hibiscus tea bags in the hot water for about 5 minutes.
  3. Carefully remove the tea bags and allow the tea to cool to room temperature.
  4. While the tea is cooling, wash and hull the strawberries.
  5. Combine them with maple syrup in a blender, and blend until you have a smooth puree.
  6. In a large pitcher, mix the cooled hibiscus tea with the strawberry puree and freshly squeezed lemon juice.
  7. Stir until everything is well combined.
  8. Pour over ice and enjoy this refreshing drink!

Notes

Adjust sweetness to taste and use fresh ingredients for best flavor. Chill glasses for an extra refreshing experience.
