Description

Delicious and nutritious homemade granola bars made with oats, nuts, and honey, perfect for busy days.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup mixed nuts (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • Optional: 1 scoop protein powder, 1 mashed banana, seeds, chocolate chips, coconut flakes, ground flax seeds


Instructions

  1. Combine the rolled oats, chopped mixed nuts, honey, and dried cranberries in a large bowl.
  2. If you’re adding protein powder and mashed banana, toss them in to enhance flavor and nutrition.
  3. Mix everything together until well combined for even flavor distribution.
  4. Press the mixture firmly into a lined baking dish to help the bars hold together.
  5. Pop it in the refrigerator for at least 60 to 120 minutes to achieve the right consistency.
  6. Once set, cut into bars and store in an airtight container for later.

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding spices like cinnamon or nutmeg. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
