Description

Delicious meatball sliders nestled in sweet Hawaiian rolls, perfect for gatherings and cozy family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 1 ½ cups Marinara sauce
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 1 pack Hawaiian rolls
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
  • 12 Cooked Meatballs


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine garlic powder, chopped parsley, marinara sauce, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  3. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves neatly on a baking sheet.
  4. Spread the sauce mixture evenly over the bottom halves of the rolls.
  5. Arrange the cooked meatballs on top of the sauce, then sprinkle generously with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Carefully place the top halves of the rolls over everything.
  7. Melt the butter and brush it generously over the top of the rolls.
  8. Bake in your preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven, slice into individual sliders, and serve warm.

Notes

Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to three days or frozen unbaked for future enjoyment.
