Ingredients
- 2 lbs Chicken
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 Lemon (Zest and juice)
- 1 tbsp Oregano, dried
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Kosher salt
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Combine the minced garlic, garlic powder, lemon juice and zest, oregano, black pepper, kosher salt, paprika, and olive oil to create a flavorful marinade in a small bowl.
- Coat the chicken thoroughly with the marinade, ensuring all surfaces are covered, and let it rest for at least 10 minutes.
- Grill or cook the chicken for approximately 6-7 minutes on each side, or until it’s fully cooked. A meat thermometer should read 165°F for safety.
- Top the chicken with a dollop of Greek yogurt before serving.
Notes
