Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Chicken
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 Lemon (Zest and juice)
  • 1 tbsp Oregano, dried
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt


Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Combine the minced garlic, garlic powder, lemon juice and zest, oregano, black pepper, kosher salt, paprika, and olive oil to create a flavorful marinade in a small bowl.
  3. Coat the chicken thoroughly with the marinade, ensuring all surfaces are covered, and let it rest for at least 10 minutes.
  4. Grill or cook the chicken for approximately 6-7 minutes on each side, or until it’s fully cooked. A meat thermometer should read 165°F for safety.
  5. Top the chicken with a dollop of Greek yogurt before serving.

Notes

Let the chicken rest after cooking for maximum flavor and moisture. Marinating overnight will intensify flavors, but avoid marinating beyond 24 hours.
