Ingredients
- 2 large Cucumbers
- 1 tbsp Chili flakes
- 1 Garlic clove (minced)
- 2 Green onions (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
Instructions
- Begin by slicing the cucumbers thinly and placing them in a bowl.
- Mix together the chili flakes, minced garlic, chopped green onions, soy sauce, salt, sesame seeds, sugar, rice vinegar, and sesame oil in a separate bowl.
- Pour this flavorful dressing over the cucumbers and toss to ensure they’re well-coated.
- Let the salad sit for at least 10 minutes before serving.
