Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk (or almond milk)
  • 2 tablespoons protein powder
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (e.g., walnuts or almonds)
  • 1/2 cup berries (e.g., blueberries or raspberries)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix all the dry ingredients together: oats, protein powder, baking powder, and cinnamon.
  3. Combine the wet ingredients: milk, mashed bananas, honey, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
  5. Fold in the nuts and berries, distributing them evenly.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and spread it out flat.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden and set.
  8. Allow it to cool slightly before slicing into squares.
