Ingredients
- 1 can sweet corn (fresh, canned, or frozen)
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese (like cheddar or Monterey Jack)
- 2 jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine cream cheese, sour cream, and lime juice in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Add sweet corn, shredded cheese, diced jalapeños, chopped green onions, and spices. Stir until well mixed.
- Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and golden.
