Description
Delicious and nutritious homemade granola bars, perfect as a snack or post-workout boost.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup Honey or maple syrup
- 2 1/2 cups Oats, old-fashioned
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, plain
Instructions
- Combine the oats, vanilla protein powder, chia seeds, and salt in a large bowl.
- Mix the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl until smooth.
- Pour this yogurt mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until fully combined.
- Fold in any extras like freeze-dried fruits or nuts, if desired.
- Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Spread and press the combined mixture evenly into the pan.
- Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes to allow it to set. Cut into bars and enjoy!
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. They can also be frozen for up to 3 months.
