Description

A quick and flavorful dish featuring tender tilapia fillets in a smoky roasted pepper sauce, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 1 cup roasted red peppers
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add the roasted red peppers and a splash of chicken broth. Stir everything together and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
  3. Carefully slide the tilapia fillets into the pan. Cook them for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
