A delicious fusion of s’mores and brownies, featuring a fudgy chocolate base topped with crunchy graham crackers and toasted marshmallows.
Ingredients
- 1 Egg yolk
- 2 large Eggs
- 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup Cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 1 1/4 cup Granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil or melted coconut oil
- 1 1/2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
- 14 tbsp Butter, unsalted
- 24 large Marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a pie dish.
- Combine the egg yolk, eggs, and granulated sugar in a mixing bowl until well blended.
- Add in the melted butter and your choice of vegetable oil, stirring until combined.
- Incorporate the flour, cocoa powder, and salt gradually, mixing until smooth.
- Fold in the chocolate chips along with the vanilla extract.
- Pour the brownie mixture into the prepared pie dish, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until set but still moist.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle graham cracker crumbs evenly on top.
- Place the marshmallows on top, ensuring even coverage.
- Broil for about 1-2 minutes until toasted and golden.
- Cool slightly before slicing into wedges to serve.
Notes
For a stronger chocolate flavor, substitute with dark chocolate chips. Consider adding berries on top for an added tartness.
