Ingredients
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt

Instructions
- Whisk together lime juice, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl to create your marinade.
- Add the shrimp into the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let them sit for about 20-30 minutes to soak up all those delicious flavors.
- Thread the shrimp and pineapple chunks onto skewers.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the skewers for about 2-3 minutes on each side until the shrimp are cooked thoroughly and show beautiful grill marks.
