Ingredients
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well combined. Press this mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish to form a delicious crust.
- Sprinkle the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows evenly over the crust.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, milk, and vanilla extract in another bowl until smooth. Pour this batter over the chocolate and marshmallows in your baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Notes
For an extra flavor boost, add a pinch of cinnamon to the graham cracker crust. Don’t overmix the batter for a more tender cobbler!
