Description

A warm and comforting dessert that captures the classic flavors of s’mores with a delightful twist, perfect for family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well combined. Press this mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish to form a delicious crust.
  3. Sprinkle the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows evenly over the crust.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, milk, and vanilla extract in another bowl until smooth. Pour this batter over the chocolate and marshmallows in your baking dish.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  6. Cool slightly before serving. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Notes

For an extra flavor boost, add a pinch of cinnamon to the graham cracker crust. Don’t overmix the batter for a more tender cobbler!
