Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken breast
- 1/4 cup Cilantro
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1/4 cup Green onions
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
- 1/2 cup Peanut butter
- 1/4 cup Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce
- 8 oz Rice noodles
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
Instructions
- Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped chicken breast and cook until it’s fully cooked and juices run clear.
- Mix together peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, sriracha, and minced garlic in a bowl to create the creamy sauce.
- Toss the cooked chicken and rice noodles with the sauce in the skillet, allowing everything to mingle.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and cilantro before serving. Enjoy your meal!
